About the Role
Reporting to the Director Membership & Impact, this newly created leadership role will drive the activation of our key stakeholder base – including members, prospective members, and partners. You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, harness data and insights, and deliver high-impact engagement initiatives that deepen relationships and grow our membership.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how we deliver value, tell our impact story, and enable cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute strategic go-to-market plans that maximise stakeholder engagement.
Lead data-driven activation campaigns and performance reporting.
Curate and communicate member insights to inform strategic opportunities.
Build a repository of impact stories to showcase our value proposition.
Equip teams with sales enablement tools and training to support growth and retention.
Foster cross-team collaboration and leadership in activation efforts.
About You
You’re a confident leader with a strategic mindset and a track record in stakeholder engagement, growth strategy, or account management. You bring:
7+ years’ experience in professional services, membership organisations, or related fields.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, value propositions, and engagement strategies.
Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A collaborative approach and interest in public policy issues.
High proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI tools (highly regarded).
