NSW State of the State 2024

"As I see it today, no challenge is bigger than the housing crisis facing New South Wales. Housing touches every major issue of public policy...housing is a major driver of inequality."

In his first NSW State of the State address, Premier Chris Minns addressed CEDA's Sydney audience about his plans and priorities for the year ahead. Addressing housing challenges, the Premier announced new five-year targets which would help to "rebalance" Sydney's new housing and infrastructure developments across the State.

Premier Minns also participated in a Q&A session, facilitated by Westpac Chief Executive, Nell Hutton.
