Exploring strategic AI leadership for responsible deployment
CEDA and CSIRO's National Artificial Intelligence Centre's flagship AI Leadership Summit in Sydney brought together a diverse range of stakeholders to uncover the kind of AI leadership needed to navigate the years ahead.
Featuring senior experts including Helen Wilson, Deputy Secretary, Science and Technology, Department of Industry, Science and Resources, and Cathy Li, Head of AI, Data and Metaverse, World Economic Forum, the event uncovered the risks, opportunities, and skills development needed to unlock AI's full potential. The discourse reflected CEDA's research on
AI principles, practices, and strategies.
Significantly, the event took place on the heels of the Hon. Ed Husic's, Minister for Industry and Science, announcement that the federal government will spend $17 million to upskill SMEs in Artificial Intelligence.
