Women in Leadership 2010-2015

In 2015, CEDA celebrates five years of Women in Leadership discussions and research with the release of CEDA’s Top 10 Speeches: Women in Leadership 2010–2015.

CEDA’s Top 10 Speeches: Women in Leadership 2010–2015, is a collection of the most influential and interesting Women in Leadership speeches on the CEDA stage over the last five years which was launched on 27 March, 2015.

The speeches selected for the publication provide a snapshot of the topics and discussions from the CEDA event series and aim to highlight both success stories and also issues that remain significant barriers to women assuming leadership positions.

The publication also includes the top 10 issues identified from both discussions at CEDA events and research, which remain significant barriers to gender equality in the workplace.
