Join Paul in detailing the 12-month study into the georgraphic impacts of a transition of the Australian economy following the resources investment boom and discuss factors that influence or challenge capacity of regions to adapt to economic change.

Paul Lindwall
Commissioner, Productivity Commission
Paul has served as a senior official with the Australian Treasury, the Department of Finance and the Productivity Commission with a focus on macroeconomic policy, financial markets, industry policy, national security and social policy. He has also represented Australia at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and as a diplomatic representative to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg.
At the Productivity Commission, Paul has worked on the Caring for Older Australians inquiry, the Contribution of the Not-for-Profit Sector study and recently, he worked as Associate Commissioner on the Public Infrastructure inquiry.
