Event overview

Australia’s nearest neighbour is an important partner on security and international governance in the region and has long attracted Australian business.

An increasingly diversified economy to the north is important to both nations. The relationship between Australia and PNG relies on a flow of expertise, skills, investment and aid. There are new opportunities for Australia in the provision of expertise and professional services to grow PNG's next phase capability and capacity.

Organisations and leaders in Australia and in Queensland are right now working on projects across the country to deliver enabling infrastructure, support the development of new downstream industries and deliver programs to reduce poverty and promote economic growth.

Join a senior CEDA audience to hear from those with operations, projects, interests and workforces in PNG and to discuss business in PNG and what PNG’s future means for Australia.
