Event overview

Australia’s future workforce is a topic that CEDA has led the conversation on for a number of years now. As workplaces continue to shift into a world of digitisation at a rapidly growing pace, the need for culture and leadership that enables organisations to take full advantage of this new age is critical.

Organisational design is essential to the modern workforce in managing the adoption of new technologies and implementing talent strategies that enable leaders to deliver a more diverse, flexible and inclusive workforce in the digital age.

Leading Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice and drawing on experience across the areas of organisation design, strategic change, technology adoption and leadership and culture change, Julie Harrison will provide CEDA Trustees with insights into how they can best manage their workforce in the digital age.

This briefing is by invitation only to CEDA Trustees. Trustees are senior leaders nominated by CEDA member organisations. At CEDA boardroom briefings Trustees hear from an informed, expert guest speaker in a private, small group setting. Invitations to boardroom briefings are a valued benefit of CEDA membership. Chatham House Rule applies.
