North East Link is Victoria’s next priority road project identified in Infrastructure Victoria's historic 30 year plan. Duncan Elliott will join CEDA Trustees to discuss the progress of community engagement, planning and business case development and planning studies currently underway, and project procurement which will commence in 2018.

This briefing is by invitation only to CEDA Trustees. Trustees are senior leaders nominated by CEDA member organisations. At CEDA boardroom briefings Trustees hear from an informed, expert guest speaker in a private, small group setting. Invitations to boardroom briefings are a valued benefit of CEDA membership. Duncan Elliot
Chief Executive Officer, North East Link Authority (NELA)

Duncan is the Chief Executive Officer at North East Link Authority. Duncan was appointed to this newly created Authority in April 2017.  The North East Link will finally complete the missing link in Melbourne’s ring road, building a new freeway link between the Metropolitan Ring Road at Greensborough and the Eastern Freeway or East Link. 

Prior to joining NELA, Duncan was the General Manager – Digital & Member Experience at the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV).  The Digital & Member Experience Department at RACV had responsibility for the ongoing enhancement of the member value proposition, including member benefit programs and the strategy for communication with members via printed publications, web and social media.
