Event overview

In September 2017, the Productivity Commission will release its draft report from the public inquiry into National Water Reform, which will assess Australia’s progress on national water reform. The inquiry, which will deliver its final report to government in December, will also develop future reform priorities in water resource management and rural and urban water services.

Join Commissioner Jane Doolan and leaders in the sector as we discuss:

  • Emerging or changing water management issues;
  • The interaction of water supply with other policy areas, such as energy, agriculture, planning and urban supply; and
  • What policy and institutional arrangements are needed into the future.
