Event overview

Join CEDA and leading speakers for an inspired discussion on the importance of women supporting and mentoring each other.

Whether it be in the workplace or in the domestic sphere, women without support - particularly from other women - struggle to overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis.

A report by the The Australian Financial Review in 2013 revealed that in the workplace women without support from a mentor or role model are more likely to experience challenges such as lack of recognition from management, bullying and gender bias.
