CEDA welcomes the Hon. Annastacia Palaszczuk, Premier of Queensland to present the 2017 State of the State address.

Speakers

The Hon. Annastacia Palaszczuk, Premier of Queensland

Event overview

CEDA's State of the State address provides an annual opportunity for you, your senior colleagues and guests to hear directly from the Premier of Queensland and to discuss the strategies for Queensland's economic development.

Queensland is a $300 billion economy forecasting improved growth up to three per cent by 2018-2019.  Further reduction of State debt; building business confidence; attracting investment and human capital to new and growing industries across the state; and the swift implementation of recently announced Government initiatives and spending will be crucial to that growth.

Gather your colleagues and guests to hear the Queensland Premier's analysis of the State’s performance and discuss the forward direction for Queensland at the 2017 State of the State.

As an independent national organisation CEDA hosts State of the State addresses across the country each year.
