Event overview

We are delighted to welcome Rhonda Brighton-Hall, CEO, and Sonja Ankucic, Business Director from mwah. to CEDA's complimentary EA/PA breakfast event for administrative professionals of CEDA member organisations. The focus of the 2017 event is A real flexibility case study, with practical lessons you can use to make flexible work, really work.

Rhonda Brighton-Hall
Chief Executive Officer, mwah. (Making Work Absolutely Human)

Rhonda is CEO of mwah. Making Work Absolutely Human www.mwah.live, a Director of AHRI, Chair of FlexCareers, a Rare Birds Ambassador, a Director of Feel the Magic, and a passionate and lifelong advocate for diversity, inclusion and humanity. 

With a career spanning the big companies, (BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica and CBA) across Europe, Asia, and the USA, and a former HR Leader and Telstra Businesswoman of the Year, and Human Capital Hall of Fame recipient, Rhonda is recognised as a game changer on the future design of leadership, organisations and work. 

Her fundamental belief – That we can design the future to work for more of us. 

Sonja Ankucic
Business Director, mwah. (Making Work Absolutely Human)

Sonja Ankucic is a proud member of the 'new tribe' of HR professionals who are passionate about redesigning work, so that it works for everyone. 

With over ten years’ experience in senior HR roles, including most recently with the ASX listed Brambles Group, Sonja is a strongly commercially focused with expertise in leadership, diversity and inclusion, culture, and industrial relations.

Sonja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (HR & IR), a Master’s Degree in Labour Law and a MBA and has worked extensively across Australia and Asia Pacific. She has proven success in working with Senior Leaders and Executives across a range of industries including Supply Chain, professional services, telecommunications and not-for-profit and is known for her pragmatic approach, energy, and getting to the heart of things that really matter.
