CEDA's 2015 Economic and Political Overview (EPO) will provide economic and political forecasts and also examine funding options from the finance sector and some proposed market-based reforms and equity issues in Australia.

Event overview

CEDA's annual CEDA 2015 Economic and Political Overview (EPO) is Australia's premier series of briefings on the Australian economy and political landscapes for the year ahead. The EPO provides economic and political forecasts for the year ahead and in 2015 will also examine funding options from the finance sector and some proposed market-based reforms and equity issues in Australia.

For over 20 years, Australia has undergone the most expansive economic boom in the country's history, riding the mining boom and record high prices for commodities. However, recent down turns in both the domestic and international marketplaces, along with policy uncertainty, have placed Australia in the position of asking where funding for the next wave of business, infrastructure and social equity will come from.

With a line-up of industry leaders and commentators, CEDA's half-day 2015 Economic and Political Overview features leading edge analysis and opinion on the key issues affecting Australia's economy and identifies opportunities for funding Australia's future.
