New CEDA research: Parental leave and income contingent loans

CEDA's latest research, by Professor Bruce Chapman, Tim Higgins and Lynette Lin of the ANU, proposes an innovative solution to the question of funding parental leave.


Information Paper 91: Sharing the Costs of Parental Leave - Paid parental leave and income contingent loans, by Professor Bruce Chapman, Tim Higgins and Lynette Lin of the ANU, puts forward a solution for Australia to fund an extended period of paid parental leave.
