EVENT OVERVIEW
Senior business leaders constantly make important decisions with
lasting consequences, often when facing a tremendous amount of
uncertainty. Decision-making is a critical leadership skill which
all good leaders need to acquire and develop.
In this CEDA event, the Dean of the Melbourne Business School,
Professor Zeger Degraeve, will explore good decision making
processes, how to assess accountability for decisions made when
facing uncertainty, and how to create an effective corporate
culture to stimulate and reward thoughtful risk taking and
innovation.
Please join us at our third breakfast seminar in the 2012 CEDA
Thought Leadership Breakfast series where you will learn how to
increase your personal effectiveness when making decisions and lead
teams towards better and more effective decision-making.
